- (WotC/RB) The bad: so yeah, SW TCG is done for (as far as WotC is concerned). There's a couple forum threads with actual info. The first is this thread in the RPGA Living Force Campaign forum; second is this thread on Rebelbasers where Gamers and Redneck Jedi (post #15) actually got some dope from WotC reps.
- (RB) The good: the Rebelbasers crew intends to keep things truckin' by creating their own sets. Go team! I haven't really decided whether to carry on and keep up with this endeavor or not, so DB will be in limbo for a bit. |

Though there's been no official word, it's looking more like our beloved game is ceasing production. Not only has there been no word on a rescheduled Rise of the Empire, at least one distributor says they've been told it's kaput. I'll wait through November, but then Dantooine Base will see a change; either it will change to a more compact archive format, or it might swap over to SW Minis support. We'll see. |

Well we don't have any word on the previously announced release of Rise of the Empire. The rumor mill is going strong though, and we've heard two things so far: 1) possibly later this month (from a WotC rep at a Worlds event), and 2) the release has been delayed until November to coincide with the release of the Revenge of the Sith DVD (from a couple different back channel sources). Hopefully, we'll hear something this week at GenCon. |

- (WotC) WotC has posted the latest addition to the DCI restricted list (effective 6/20). (Blockade {TPM}, Chewbacca (G), Free Tatooine, Han's Promise, Occupied Tatooine)
NOTE - Sorry, just haven't had time to do the new rulebook/faq/rulings/errata. Should be able to get to a lot of it this weekend. |
 05.18.05 |
| |
- (WotC) Wizards has put up a consolidated FAQ, rulings and errata PDF on the rules page. I'll get my stuff updated as soon as possible (prolly next week). |
  05.09.05 |
| |
- (WotC) Okay, I'm a little late on this one, but Wizards has the new RotS rulebook up for download. Hopefully we'll have updated rulings & errata soon, too. |

- (WotC) Revenge of the Sith releases today. It'll be a couple days before I get anything up for it though... UPDATE 4-08 - All done with the exception of an updated rulebook and errata/rulings (waiting for WotC to post 'em). |
 04.01.05 |
| |
- (WotC) At last, it's here! WotC's official RotS expansion page is up. And here's the direct link to the full spoiler list. But now I have to go to work, so I won't be able to do anything about it :-( |

- (RB) Some goodness from a couple Rebelbasers. DARTH_TED has scanned in his starter pack cards, and thanks to DOC NASTY for hosting them. I've pared down the size, and separated each card. There are too many to name just click on the preview thumbs for a larger version of each (from V-wing Clone Starfighter up to Mustafar System. If you wish to see the original (large) scans, and join a discussion you can do so in this thread.
- Because we have so many spoilers now, I've switched the All Known Cards page in the Holonet for a Basic Stats PDF, and included a page for cards for which we have no pics. |

- (WotC) David "Darth" Cornford brings us Wizards' final RotS preview, a rare space unit -- Strength In Numbers. (Republic Fighter Wing)
Ah, the early reports are coming in now. Here are a couple from some Rebelbasers.
- (RB) From LTFong we get three very cool pics (click the thumbnails for larger pics) (Commerce Guild Droid 81-X, Palpatine's Sanctum, Yoda (J))

 03.28.05 |
| |
- (WotC) Here we have another cool common. Read Not Today Chump... by David "Darth" Cornford. (Coruscant Emergency Ship)
- (WotC forum) So a lucky fellow who goes by Jango Thorn on the WotC forums managed to pick up a RotS starter pack even though they're not supposed to be on sale yet. He spilled the contents of both decks, and has spoiled some new cards for us. So we now know 57 of the cards by name. You can see what's new up in the Holonet. (Darth Tyranus (H), Droid Tri-Fighter, Super Battle Droid 7EX, V-wing Clone Starfighter) |

Another week and WotC has more goodness for us - 5 new spoiled cards from RotS.

 03.22.05 |
| |
- (SWI/RB) From Star Wars Insider comes this ad for RotS. I'll try to have a clearer pic soon and spoil what we can make out. Meanwhile, check this Rebelbasers thread. Thanks unduli for the heads up and DARTH_TED for the scan! UPDATE 3-23 - Got a little bit better pic, also included what spoiler info I could in the PDF linked in the Holonet. (The preview thumbnails just link to the SWI ad.) (Instill Doubt, Lightsaber Quick Draw, Rage of Victory, Thread the Needle) |
 03.18.05 |

They also let us know that the follow-on set in August will be called Rise of the Empire. Go read New Star Wars TCG and Miniatures from Wizards. (Anakin Skywalker (M), Anakin's Starfighter (A), Jedi Lightsaber, Obi-Wan Kenobi (M), R4-P17 (A), Theta-Class Shuttle) |
 02.07.05 |
| |
- (WotC) Here's Michael's fourth RotS rulebook article, this time on the Lucky ability. See Rulebook: Part Three (I Call It Luck). (Incidentally, I always felt it should work in the modified manner, so props to Henry and the Gurus.) |
 01.31.05 |
| |
- (WotC) I'm really looking forward to having a new official rulebook (as I think most of us are). Michael Mikaelian's third RotS rulebook article is up, and it's about Pilot revisions. Yeehaw! Rulebook: Part Two (This Could Be It, Sweetheart). |
 01.20.05 |
| |
