Here are compilations of all cards available to a given side, grouped by card type. It's a lot easier to haul a few pages of paper around (or PDF files) than whole notebooks or boxes of cards, so you can deck-design wherever you go.
  If you want the official rulebook, you can find it on WotC's rules page. It's a clunky, many-paged affair. On the other hand, the version you'll find here, is annotated with various WotC rulings, and is much easier to reference.
  Near the end, WotC was doing alright in keeping up with rulings and errata. Organization was another matter. Separated by set. Non-alphabetical. Non-intuitive. Here you'll find consolidated listings of both errata and rulings. I should note that the errata found here includes both official and unofficial material, but the unofficial stuff won't be game-affecting, just clean-up work.
  WotC banned and restricted a few cards in the official constructed tournament scene. You'll find them all here.

NOTE: A few cards have had their name and/or version misprinted. In those cases the correct name/version is given, with the printed name/version in gray italics just below.
